The Talent Quality-management System (TTQS) designed by Taiwan Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor is a standardized tool to evaluate and encourage employee training via different stages: Plan, Design, Do, Review and Outcome, providing efficient workforce enhancement and employee competitiveness.
