Men-Chuen cares about our employees’ well-being. Quarterly, a health coach will be on-site to perform personalized individual health status analyses and annually we arrange physical check-up for all employees by professional medical team. Throughout physical checkup, employees obtain a better understanding of their own health.
　　Besides providing nice working environment, Men-Chuen arranges group tours, leisure activities and holiday treats for employees periodically to provide mental breaks and support throughout the year. Together with annual physical checkup, we hope employees stay health mentally and physically.
